2001 Flagstaff 829BH 31' Travel Trailer will be Auctioned off Monday May 5, 2014 @ 5 pm. This is a 31' camper with a slideout. It is equipped to sleep 8 with a queen bed with privacy curtain in the front, 2 doubles in the middle and bunk beds in the rear. It has a full bath with tub and shower. It has roof air, refrigerator freezer, microwave and stove. Nice unit. It is sold subject to a small reserve to protect the seller but seller is motivated. We have not inspected the trailer and it is sold 100% AS/IS WHERE IS with no warranty express or implied including suitability for any particular purpose. Personal inspections are encouraged with an appointment. Trailer is on premises at 524 S. 7th St. Coshocton, Ohio 43812 There is a 10% buyers premium that will be added to the final bid price. Taxes and titling are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Observed issues. Trailer has one or two small (maybe 12" diameter) soft spots in the rear near the bunks and bath. Trailer roof has a slight sag over the slide out that appears to be from ice or snow sitting on the top, but does not appear to leak or hinder the movement of the slide out which was tested and operational at the time of pick up.
