Major Retailer Truckload Liquidation Auction! We open every box, plug everything that we can, in, and report what we see. That said, these are salvage loads, with damage, non working parts, missing parts, etc... Yes, there are also brand new items, as well as shelf pulls. Our policy is that if we misrepresent something, we stand behind what we say. You have until you leave the premises (video secured parking lot) to return anything. After it leaves our premises, including shipping, if you live a town, or many States away, if it breaks in half, you will own both halves. Payment is collected on your card the same night the auction ends. If your card is declined, we expect you to make arrangements to pay, and to actually pay, no later than the stated pick up date. If you do not pick up on the scheduled day, storage fees will accrue. Storage begins the Monday after the auction ends. Storage is $25.00 per month, 30 days maximum. Unpaid items have 7 days from auction end to be claimed, paid for in full, and picked up, or delivery arranged. After those stated times, items are deemed abandoned, and we will dispose of them as we see fit, and no refunds are given. Nobody in the company, other than the Auctioneer has the authority to refund any amount, be it $1.00 or $1,000.00. Always be respectful of the employees, as they are only following the orders that they are given.
